Yes! Shipping costs are calculated depending on object specifications.
How durable are the objects?
Due to our unique manufacturing process, the objects are extremely robust and withstand various weather conditions well. Additionally, each piece can be finished to a required specification to be used both in and outdoors in living rooms, poolside or even yachts.

How do I care for an object?
Caring for your Hot Wire Extensions piece depends on the finish you require. Our ‘raw’ objects are sealed and resistant to UV and spills. They can be cleaned with a damp cloth, soft brush or sponge. Additionally, objects finished with polyurea are fully waterproof, UVA and UVB resistant.
How long will it take for my piece to arrive?
Each piece is handmade, and production will begin as soon as payment is received. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for production (excluding custom-made pieces) and an additional 7 to 14 days for shipment. Selected objects are also stocked by Okro Gallery in Chur.
Does Hot Wire Extensions offer bespoke objects or pieces?
Yes! We are always excited to work with clients on their specific requirements and take pride in working together to deliver their dream object. We offer both fully bespoke hand-made to order pieces, as well as existing pieces with custom sizes and colours. Do get in touch to discuss your requirements and for more information on lead times.
